Wemo
Finds and controls Wemo switches entirely on your own network — no Belkin cloud, which no longer exists.
Your Wemo devices, entirely on your own network — instant push updates, per-device reachability, and a setup wizard that can bring a factory-reset Wemo onto your wi-fi now that Belkin's app is gone.
